We are thrilled to introduce our new Christmas card which features the Nativity scene from one of the ten stained glass windows at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. Rich in symbolism, the Nativity beautifully depicts the scene of the birth of Christ, the Word Incarnate. Pictured with the Christ child are St. Joseph (often pictured with the white lily which symbolizes purity) and His mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary. She is robed in blue which symbolizes purity, royalty, and is a constant reminder of the celestial skies and Our Lord's divinity. The lamb at the forefront is a parallel to the Lamb of God and is an indication of Christ's sacrifice. And above the stable is the Star of Bethlehem which is a sign to the Magi about the birth of the newborn king.
This card may be ordered in various quantities. Spread Christmas blessings and share the true meaning of Christmas. Support our parish and order yours today!
The Nativity stained glass window was donated in honor of the memory of Arthur F. Pittman and Anna M.
