We:

• deliberately and intentionally spend time together in prayer inviting the guidance and direction of the Holy Spirit for all of our conversations and decisions;

• take back to our Councils/Commissions the model of prayer we follow;

• serve as an advisory board to the pastor and leadership team;

• serve as ambassadors to/for the pastor and leadership team to the parish, surfacing issues and recommending solutions;

• provide a place for council and commission heads to collaborate, encourage each other and to hold each other accountable for the work they have been chartered to do.
